Science in a Van

Today Science in a Van people taught us about the periodic table of elements and we did experiments with dried ice and we learned about gravity and balance.

A few days ago Mrs Drummond printed out some poster for the class about a county I picked whales because it was the only county that was in Europe. \ (•◡•) / 

here is some info about wales

• they speak Welsh and English
• their climate is wet and cold

Anzac pamphlet

This term at reading me and my friend Xavier Tiato. made a pamphlet about a soldier named Stephan Archer. who was apart of this massive dinner at the old boy's hotel .

Maori

This term we learned Maori. We learned about body parts like head, shoulder, eyes, lips and nose. We got into groups and made a song. We didn't have any time to write our song down.. Personally I think Maori is a hard language to learn.

Mandarin

Every Thursday Room 5 are leaning mandarin Chinese with Mrs Lee. 

We are learning things like what my name is ,my age is ,my school is, in Mandarin. Personally, I like Mandarin but its hard to write down.

The annual Good Shepherd Hot House challenge is up soon for all four houses. I am in Shepherd, the red house. 

Growth Mindset

This term our topic was about growth mindset and to believe in yourselves. It teaches you to see the best of you and use the power of YET. This was what wrote on the wall: the card asked me strategies that I might do to help reach my goal and I answered don't give up and have a growth mindset.
